Return & Refund Policy (Face Wash Products)
We want you to have a safe and satisfying experience with our skincare products. Please read the policy below carefully:
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- To request a return, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase and clear images of the issue are required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns will not be accepted for skin reactions or personal dislike, as skincare results may vary by individual.
3. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original source.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required to process the refund.
4. Replacement
- If eligible, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.
