Return & Refund Policy (Face Wash Products)

We want you to have a safe and satisfying experience with our skincare products. Please read the policy below carefully:

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To request a return, you must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase and clear images of the issue are required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns will not be accepted for skin reactions or personal dislike, as skincare results may vary by individual.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if approved.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original source.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required to process the refund.

4. Replacement

  • If eligible, a replacement product may be offered instead of a refund, based on availability.
